1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and browsing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All games, source code, artwork, audio, characters, branding, and assets showcased on this website are self-developed and owned entirely by me under Nethersoft Interactive, unless explicitly credited otherwise.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this website for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or modify any content or software displayed on this site without explicit prior written consent from me.
3. Sales and Distribution via Steam
My games are officially published on and sold through the Steam platform. Any purchase of my software is processed by Valve Corporation and is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve’s standard terms of purchase.
Any refund requests, payment disputes, or issues relating to the downloading/launching of games through the Steam client must be directed to Steam Support.
4. User Conduct
When using my contact form or interacting with any services on my site, you agree not to:
- Submit fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or illegal content.
- Attempt to bypass security features, inject malicious code, or send automated spam (bots).
- Falsely represent yourself as someone else or spoof email identities.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa (where Nethersoft Interactive is registered as a legal business entity), and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
